GENTLE YOGA with Laura Potter -
Great for first-time students and seasoned practitioners, this class will focus on breathwork, slow/gentle movements and nervous-system regulation. Breathe in and allow the serene outdoor setting to bring you into relaxation and rejuvenation.
Props will be provided, but please bring a yoga mat (towel/blanket) as mats are limited, and any additional support you may need. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
