Great for first time students and seasoned practitioners, this class will focus on breathwork, slow/gentle movements and nervous-system regulation. Breathe in and allow the serene outdoor setting at Rockland Cider Works - Upstate to bring you into relaxation and rejuvenation. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a mat (or a blanket/towel) and a water bottle. Additional props will be provided.
About the Instructor: Laura Potter is a certified yoga and restorative yoga teacher from Gilboa, NY. Laura was first introduced to yoga while recovering from an injury after years of playing competitive soccer. Learning that yoga wasn’t just about how “flexible you are” but about proper breathing, slowing down, working with connective tissue, and living with intention, Laura began to see results in her own life and became a passionate teacher to athletes and busy-people alike.
